    I have applied through RTI act to PIO in district collector office Krishnagiri request of SLR copy and FMB from year 1900 to 2020 but they have replied me stating that to pay as per RSO-173 of surching charges as rs 17000 seven teen thousand as surching fee and rain 2 for one page
