taken in six weeks time;pay a compensation under section 19(8)(b) of Rs.2,500/-, to the petitioner for being needlessly made him to come for repeated enquiry before the Commission to cover his expenses...
have the place inspected by a senior Town Planning Officer to see whether any violation of the basic town planning rules and sanction procedures are there, to take such action as may be warranted as he deems fit under the relevant provisions of the Municipalities Act and Town and Country Planning Act.
