2. Article 5 of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights-1948.

1. The complaints that are made against the Erode S.P. of the police are forwarded to the same accused by the Erode District Collector’s Grievance cell. It is not correct.
2. According to the world justice, an accused cannot make inquiry about the offense committed by him and deliver decision. It is against the World Justice.
3. The proceedings of the Erode District Collector’s Grievance cell can be construed to constitute as a degrading treatment against the complainant. Hence, it is a violation of Human Rights, as per the Article 5 of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights-1948.
4. We hereby humbly request you to taka appropriate action regarding the same and render justice.
