3849 - no such officer and returned to the Sender, Case: 29009/Enquiry/ 09, 21-04-2010

On this the complaint was filed before the Commission under Section 18 of the Act which came for the Enquiry to-day.

So, no need to apply first appeal under section 19(1), we can apply a complaint under section 18 to the commission directly....?
