Dear Sir,
I request you to provide me the certified copies of the following information under RTI act 2005.
1. Kindly provide me the certified copies of rules of court / articles of constitution which prohibits the video recording of the ( name of the court) court proceedings by the court.
2. Kindly provide me the certified copies of rules of court / articles of constitution which prohibits the video recording of the court proceedings by the litigants.
3. Kindly provide me the certified copies of the rule which insists the permission of the registrar / registrar general / judges to video record the court proceedings by the litigants.
4. Kindly provide me the certified copies of the rule under which punishment will be imposed against the litigants who video record the court proceedings by the litigants without permission.
