Viruthu Nagar District Rajapalayam taluk Mr. Rajendran s/o ……………….. aged about 40 years residing at …………………………………………………… is hereby give this legal Notice to:
The Inspector of police, Rajapalayam Viruthu Nagar District.
1. Right to be heard is the right of the citizen of India. The Constitution clearly mention about the duty of a police inspector.
2. I came to the police station on 09.12.2015 and I gave a petition to you. But, you refused to accept my petition. You refused to do your legal duty.
3. Further, you are using unnecessary words and insult me. i considered that it is a degrading treatment by you against me. It is a violation of human rights.
4. Therefore, I am forced to send my petition by registered post .
5. I have not yet get any F.I.R. or C.S.R. from you regarding my petition.
6. I come to know that you had commit the offences as per section 166,107,108 and 219 of I.P.C.
7. You used some bad words and commit the offence as per section 294-b.
I come to the conclusion that you are unfit for the inspector post.
8. Give me the reasons Why should not I file a writ of Quo- warantto against you ?
9. I expect your earliest action or reply for this 15 days of legal Notice.
10. If you fail to take action or respond this Notice, it will be used as an evidence as per
law against you for the court proceeding.
