1. Certified copies of stepwise action taken, file notes, orders passed and orders issued on the representation submitted to the Honourable Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu, Chennai by the petitioner and his wife Tmt.B.Mangaiyarkarasi, and forwarded to the The Additional Director General of Police, Economic Offence Wing, Chennai vide reference 367294 dated 19.12.2011.
2. The copy of the representation made before CM CELL and forwarded to the Director general of Police from the Special Officer, CM CELL, Chennai vide reference no.367294 dated 19.12.2011(CM CELL)
3. Certified copies of the representation with file notes/recommendations and stepwise action on the representation vide ref.no.F/367294 dated 19.12.2011, and certified copies of action taken report sent to the Honourable Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu, Chennai on the representation submitted by the petitioner and his wife Tmt.B.Mangaiyarkarasi to Honourable Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu.
4. Since the concerned Public Information Officers didnot furnish the information within stipulated period, a First appeal under 19(1) Right to Information Act dated 19.04.2012 was filed by the Petitioner before Appellate Authority. Even after The second Appeal 19(3) Right Information Act dated 20.05.2012 his filed before this commission to the with following prayers:
1. To dealt with concerned PIO who refused to informations under sections 18,19,20 of the Right to Information Act 2005 and to impose maximum penalty.
2. The petitioner/Appellant should be compensated not less than a sum of Rs.25,000/- for the mental agony.
3. To Provide the informations sought for without any cost and to protect the life of petitioner/appellant and his family members.
This appeal as well as other appeals filed by the Petition / Appellant are taken up for final hearing and for disposal as per orders passed by the Honourable High Court of Madras in Contempt Petition No.2746/2014 dated 14.08.2015.
